目的研究太行山猕猴(Macacamulatatcheliensis)消化系统各器官蛋白水解酶种类和性质。方法采用单向活性电泳(1D-G-PAGE)和双向活性电泳(2D-G-PAGE)技术。结果(1)消化系统各器官的蛋白水解酶在近中性条件下活性最强,其中94、86、64、59和25kD蛋白水解酶在消化系统各器官中普遍存在;(2)消化系统各器官均具有31、30、和29kD3种酸性蛋白水解酶;(3)pH7.0时,胃、胰、十二指肠中分别含有12、34和18种不同分子量或等电点的蛋白水解酶;(4)pH10.5时,胰、十二指肠中分别检出21和12种不同分子量或等电点的蛋白水解酶。结论消化系统中蛋白水解酶的种类和数量比较多,且结构相似、功能相近的器官之间,蛋白水解酶的种类和性质相似。
Objective To study the types and properties of proteolytic enzymes in digestive organs of Macacamulatatcheliensis in the Taihang Mountains. Methods One-dimensional electrophoresis (1D-G-PAGE) and two-dimensional electrophoresis (2D-G-PAGE) were used. Results (1) Proteolytic enzymes of various organs of digestive system were the most active under the condition of near neutrality, of which 94, 86, 64, 59 and 25 kD proteolytic enzymes were ubiquitous in all organs of the digestive system; (2) (3) At pH 7.0, 12, 34 and 18 proteolytic enzymes of different molecular weights or isoelectric points were contained in the stomach, pancreas and duodenum, respectively ; (4) At pH 10.5, 21 and 12 proteolytic enzymes of different molecular weights or isoelectric points were detected in the pancreas and duodenum, respectively. Conclusion There are many types and quantities of proteolytic enzymes in the digestive system, and similar structures and similar types and properties of proteolytic enzymes among functionally similar organs.
