采用两段浸出-溶剂萃取流程从氧化锌烟尘中提取In,对两段浸出工艺条件进行了研究。实验结果表明,低酸性条件对氧化锌烟尘中Zn、In的浸出具有很好的选择性,可实现Zn的浸出,而In留在浸出渣中。最佳的低酸浸出除Zn条件为:浸出温度60℃、液固比10∶1、硫酸浓度0.16mol/L、浸出时间30min;此条件下Zn浸出率达到了93.73%,浸出渣中In含量达到1 254g/t。最佳高酸浸出提In的工艺条件为:浸出温度70℃、液固比6∶1、硫酸浓度0.8mol/L、浸出时间2h;此条件下In浸出率为89.32%。
Two-stage leaching-solvent extraction process was used to extract In from the zinc oxide dust, and the leaching process conditions were studied. The experimental results show that the low acid conditions have good selectivity for the leaching of Zn and In in zinc oxide fume, which can achieve the leaching of Zn, while In remains in leaching residue. The optimum condition of low acid leaching was Zn leaching temperature of 60 ℃, liquid-solid ratio of 10:1, sulfuric acid concentration of 0.16 mol / L and leaching time of 30 min. The Zn leaching rate reached 93.73% under this condition. The In content Reached 1 254g / t.
