To evaluate the efficacy and the side ef-fcts of intravenous thrombolytic therapy, authors analyzed the therapeutic result of 30 AMI patients with intravenous thrombolytic agents (mainly urokinase). The results showed that the reperfusion rate was 63% and the mortality was 6.6% that was signifi-cantly lower in comparison with that of non-thrombolytic therapeutis (10 - 15 % ). No ev-ident side effects were observed in these pa-tients. The authors conclude that intra-venous thrombolytic therapy is an effective and a relative safe therapeutic method for the patients with early AMI.
