使用包头铁水和铌渣,测定了铁水预处理温度下的渣-铁平衡状态。同时,使用固体电解质定氧探头测定含碳铁液中α,以计算铌渣中α_(Nb_2O_5)。实验结果表明;在平衡状态下,当[Si]>0.02%,渣中SiO_2/MnO<2时,Nb_2O_5/Nb<4。因此铁水中Si能够在脱Nb之前优先去除。1350℃下的γ_(Nb_2O_5)在10~0—10~(-2)数量级范围内;渣中SiO_2/MnO对Nb的平衡分配比及γ_(Nb_2O_5)有较大影响。
The Baotou hot metal and niobium slag were used to determine the slag-iron balance at the hot metal pretreatment temperature. At the same time, α was measured in the ferrous liquid by solid electrolyte oxygen probe to calculate α_ (Nb_2O_5) in niobium slag. The experimental results show that Nb 2 O 5 / Nb <4 at the condition of [Si]> 0.02% and SiO2 / MnO <2 in the slag. Therefore, Si in the hot metal can be preferentially removed before Nb removal. The γ_ (Nb_2O_5) at 1350 ℃ is in the range of 10 ~ 0-10 ~ (-2), and the balance distribution ratio of SiO_2 / MnO to Nb and γ_ (Nb_2O_5) in slag have great influence.
