有关深孔加工的方法很多,这里介绍一种我厂利用枪钻原理加工深孔的简易方法。 我厂有1种如图1所示的零件,材料为38GrSi,需加工φ10的内孔,长度为300。检验时只需用φ9的量棒1次通过即可。从图上看,该孔的技术要求并不高,但长径比达30,为典型的深孔加工。该零件的需求量大,传统的加工方法是采用加长麻花钻在车床上分两头钻孔,其结果中间衔接不好,易断钻头,且效率很低,远远满足不了生产的要求。为解决这一问题,通过认真的探索和对比,决定采用硬质合金枪钻作为加工刀具,在1台改装后的普通车床上进行一头加工。现介绍于下。
There are many ways to deal with deep hole. Here we introduce a simple method that I use to process deep hole with gun drilling principle. I plant a kind of parts shown in Figure 1, the material is 38GrSi, to be processed φ10 bore, a length of 300. Only need to test the amount of rod with φ9 1 pass. From the figure, the technical requirements of the hole is not high, but the aspect ratio of 30, a typical deep hole processing. The demand for the part is large. The traditional processing method is to drill the two ends of an extended twist drill on a lathe. The result is poor in middle connection, easily broken bits, and low efficiency, which can not meet the production requirements far. To solve this problem, through careful exploration and comparison, the decision to use carbide gun as a cutting tool in a converted ordinary lathe for a processing. Now introduced in the next.
