在社会主义市场经济的快速发展下,我国水利工程建设发展也相应取得了进步。为了更好地保证水利工程施工安全、稳定,需要创建关于水利工程施工安全标准化体系。为了充分发挥水利工程施工安全标准化体系的作用,需要有关人员对其进行评价分析。文章在阐述水利工程施工安全隐患的主要形式的基础上,根据水利工程施工安全标准化特点,充分应用软件能力成熟度评估框架,重点提出水利工程施工安全标准化体系成熟度评价方法,并以具体的案例验证了模型方法的可行性与有效性。
With the rapid development of the socialist market economy, progress has also been made in the construction of water conservancy projects in our country. In order to better ensure the safety and stability of water conservancy projects, we need to establish a standardization system of water conservancy construction safety. In order to give full play to the role of water conservancy construction safety standardization system, it needs relevant personnel to evaluate and analyze it. Based on the main forms of water conservancy construction safety hazards, this paper fully applies the evaluation framework of software capacity maturity based on the characteristics of construction safety standardization of water conservancy projects, puts forward the evaluation methods of the maturity of water conservancy construction safety standardization system emphatically. Based on the concrete case The feasibility and validity of the model method are verified.
