省食品公司一九五四年工作中產生的若干缺點和錯誤,以及產生後未及時得到糾正和解决,是與我廳對該公司的領導和督促檢查不够分不開的,我廳應該負一定的責任。首先,我們對業務部門交代政策方針的工作做得不够深入,不够細緻,缺乏具體措施,以致食品公司在執行‘內銷服從外銷,乡村服從城市、工礦區’的經營方針時感到困難,以致在執行中產生片面性,忽略了對內銷和農村供應的適當安排。省食品公司一九五四年的商品流轉計劃中只列了收購計劃和城市供應計劃,而沒有列農村供應計劃;該公司設在縣以下的個別機構也只稱為‘收購站’
