采用DEFORM-3D有限元软件平台,分析了GH4169圆棒在精锻过程中旋转角度和送进速度对外观形状、内部应力和中心等效应变的影响。计算结果表明,当送进速度为3.0 m·min~(-1)时,即使采用较小的旋转角度,产品的表面质量也较好;当送进速度增大到4.5 m·min~(-1)时,采用较小的旋转角度,产品表面出现较重的螺旋纹,随着旋转角度的增大,产品表面质量逐渐好转;当送进速度达到6.0 m·min~(-1)时,采用最大旋转角度锻造,表面仍然留下重度螺旋纹。在送进速度为3.0和4.5 m·min~(-1)时,随着旋转角度的增加,中心等效应变均呈现出先增加后减小的变化规律,而Y向拉应力则为先减少后增加。综合考虑精锻后锻件表面质量最优、中心等效应变最大和Y向拉应力值最小等情况,若铸锭内部质量较好,选择旋转角度为14.0(°)/次,送进速度为4.5 m·min~(-1),使锻造开裂倾向最低的同时节约锻造时间;若锻造质量稍差,选择旋转角度为14.5(°)/次,送进速度为3.0 m·min~(-1),以提高中心等效应变,从而达到消除或减轻缩孔、疏松等冶金缺陷的目的。
The DEFORM-3D finite element software platform was used to analyze the influence of the rotation angle and feed speed of GH4169 round bar on the appearance shape, internal stress and center-equivalent strain during the precision forging process.
