目的探讨CT和MRI对颅内脂肪瘤的诊断价值,提高对颅内脂肪瘤的认识。方法回顾性分析经CT和MRI诊断的17例颅内脂肪瘤的影像表现。结果颅内脂肪瘤CT表现为脂肪密度影,CT值约为-20~-120HU,平均为-56.3HU,MRI表现为T1WI和T2WI图像上均呈高信号,与皮下脂肪类似。脂肪瘤主要分布在中线及附近,其中11例位于胼胝体区;6例合并有其他颅脑发育异常,其中4例为胼胝体发育异常。结论颅内脂肪瘤好发于中线及附近,CT和MRI表现典型,多可正确诊断。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of CT and MRI in intracranial lipoma and to raise awareness of intracranial lipoma. Methods The imaging findings of 17 cases of intracranial lipoma diagnosed by CT and MRI were retrospectively analyzed. Results The CT findings of intracranial lipoma were density of fat, the CT value was about -20 ~ -120HU and the average was -56.3HU. MRI showed high signal on T1WI and T2WI images, similar to subcutaneous fat. Lipoma mainly in the midline and in the vicinity, of which 11 cases are located in the corpus callosum area; 6 cases were associated with other brain dysplasia, of which 4 cases of the corpus callosum dysplasia. Conclusion Intracranial lipoma occurs mostly in the midline and nearby. CT and MRI are typical and can be correctly diagnosed.
