一、前言壁厚不均是周期轧制钢管的主要缺陷之一。周期轧制钢管因局部管壁变厚(在断面上对称,在全长上是周期性分布)而引起钢管外径局部增大,通常称为钢管“凸包”。钢管“凸包”是周期轧制中特有的缺陷形式。周期轧制时,如果喂入量过大、孔型精轧带不够长、精轧系数不够,以致不能充分辗平每次喂入轧出的钢管时,钢管便会产生凸包。如果孔型精轧带到空轧带的过渡部分磨损,或者终轧段孔型设计不良,这种情况下,即使喂入量很小,钢管也会产生凸包。此外,如果压缩空气的压力波动致使喂料器运行不均匀时,钢管也有可能出现凸包。
I. Introduction uneven wall thickness is one of the major shortcomings of periodic rolling of steel.
