系统化整体护理模式是继功能制护理、责任制护理之后的一种新型的科学的护理模式，其核心是围绕病人这个中心，按照护理程序，对患者进行系统的、躯体和心理的整体护理。它适应了现代医学科学发展的需要，适应了人们对疾病护理的需要，适应社会的需要。目前，国外大多数医院应用此模式对患者进行护理，取得了较好的效果，我国部分医院正在探索中，但尚无成功的经验，如何实现我国护理工作与国际先进护理接轨的目标，本文试图从解决“四个不相适应”的问题，强化“四种意识”，实现系统化整体护理模式的途径等３个方面进行论述，以达抛砖引玉之目的。
The systemic holistic nursing model is a new type of scientific nursing model following functional nursing and responsibility nursing. The core of the systemic nursing model is centered around the patient and systematically, physically and psychologically, according to nursing procedures. It is adapted to the needs of the development of modern medical science, adapted to the needs of people for disease care, and adapted to the needs of society. At present, most foreign hospitals use this model to provide care to patients and have achieved good results. Some hospitals in our country are still being explored. However, there are no successful experiences. How to achieve the goal of integrating nursing work in China with international advanced nursing. From the solution of the “four non-adaptable” problems, the strengthening of “four kinds of consciousness” and the realization of a systematic approach to the overall care model, we will discuss three aspects in order to achieve the goal of attracting attention.
