新课程是一种全新的教育理念,教师在备课、上课以及对学生的评价方式上都发生了很大的变化。如何顺应这些变化,成功实现课堂教学的转变,除了转变传统的教学行为,还应转变对“备课”的传统认识,适应新课程提倡的“自主、合作、探究”的学习方式,强调课堂教学学生的主体性,在教学活动中师生平等交流,这样才能提高课堂效益,全面提高学生素质、促进每一位学生的发展,同时也可促进教师自身的发展。
The new curriculum is a brand-new education concept. Teachers have made great changes in preparing lessons, attending classes, and evaluating students. How to adapt to these changes and successfully realize the transformation of classroom teaching, in addition to changing the traditional teaching behavior, we should also change the traditional understanding of “preparation for classes” and adapt to the learning style of “autonomy, cooperation, and exploration” promoted by the new curriculum. Emphasis on the subjectivity of classroom teaching students, teacher-students equal exchanges in teaching activities, so as to improve the efficiency of the classroom, improve the overall quality of students, promote the development of each student, but also promote the development of teachers themselves.
