Japan is a typical maritime country, with rich marine resources, especially marine living resources. Japan has ranked first in the world in fishery output since 1972, with 17.7 g / d of protein obtained from seafood, accounting for 45.4% of the animal protein. However, due to the rapid economic development in Japan from 1960 to 1970, a large amount of industrial and domestic waste water was discharged into coastal waters, causing serious marine pollution and causing heavy losses to coastal fisheries. Some beaches were forced to shut down. In order to solve these problems, the Japanese government has taken many effective measures.
