随着两个文明建设的发展,全区农村图书馆事业发展较快,7个乡镇都建起了图书馆,90％的村、社办企业大厂点也建起了规模不一的图书室,基本上形成了网络化。目前,有3个镇馆被省文化厅认定为高标准乡镇图书馆,使我区农村图书馆事业进入了一个新阶段。在创建高标准乡镇图书馆中,我们首先通过各种宣传渠道,取得了各级领导的支持,把创建工作纳入日程,并采取了如下做法: 一、坚持标准,确定重点,以点促面在各级领导的
