处女膜闭锁可因经血潴留于阴道内压迫尿道,发生排尿困难或导致尿潴留。我院自1977年至今,曾先后收治了3例处女膜闭锁引起尿潴留病人。入院前经过多间医院误诊,历时2～6个月,本院门诊亦各以尿道感染、尿道结石及尿潴留原因待查收住院。例1:梁××,女,16岁,龙门县水上公社人。因下腹部坠胀感5个多月、排尿困难3天、尿闭2天,于1977年10月16日急诊入我院。患者于1977年5月中旬开始下腹部坠胀感,但无发热、 Hymen atresia due to menstrual retention in the vagina oppression urethra, dysuria or cause urinary retention.
