用改性剂对磷石膏进行改性处理后作为水泥调凝剂,研究改性剂掺量对磷石膏的流动性、可溶性磷和氟含量、水泥物理性能及与减水剂相容性的影响,并对改性前后的磷石膏做了微观测试分析。结果表明,随改性剂掺量的增加,磷石膏流动性增加,可溶性磷、氟含量降低,水泥凝结时间缩短。在改性剂掺量为3%时,休止角可减小7°,可溶性磷基本消除,可溶性氟含量降低77%。掺改性磷石膏的水泥3d、28d强度高于掺天然石膏的水泥。微观分析显示,磷石膏经改性后,杂质减少,晶型更为完整。
