目的:观察急性肾衰竭(ARF)家兔红细胞流变性变化。方法:38只健康家兔分为对照组(n=8)与模型组(通过肌肉注射1%HgCl2复制ARF模型,分为12 h、24 h、48 h三个亚组,n=10)。在相应时间点,乌拉坦麻醉后,经颈动脉插管留取动脉血标本,检测肾功能与红细胞流变性指标。结果:模型组家兔血浆尿素、肌酐在12 h、24 h、48 h均显著高于对照组,且随着时间延长组间呈升高趋势。模型组12 h红细胞电泳时间高于对照组,电泳率、电泳迁移率低于对照组;模型组24 h红细胞电泳时间低于12 h,电泳率、电泳迁移率显著高于12 h;模型组48 h红细胞电泳指标与其它各组均无统计学差异。模型组家兔血沉、血沉方程K值和血沉校正K值随时间延长呈升高趋势,但仅在48 h时显著高于对照组;各组间红细胞聚集指数、变形指数未见统计学差异。结论:在ARF发展进程中,红细胞电泳时间延长、电泳率与迁移率降低,后逐渐恢复正常;血沉指标逐渐增高。
Objective: To observe the changes of erythrocyte rheology in rabbits with acute renal failure (ARF). Methods: Thirty-eight healthy rabbits were divided into control group (n = 8) and model group (ARF model by intramuscular injection of 1% HgCl2, divided into three subgroups of 12 h, 24 h and 48 h, n = 10). At the corresponding time point, after urethane anesthesia, arterial blood samples were collected via carotid artery cannulation to detect renal function and erythrocyte rheology indicators. Results: The levels of plasma urea and creatinine in model group were significantly higher than those in control group at 12 h, 24 h and 48 h, and increased with time. The erythrocyte electrophoresis time in model group was higher than that in control group at 12 h, and the electrophoretic mobility and electrophoretic mobility were lower than those in control group. The electrophoresis time and electrophoretic mobility of model group were lower than 12 h at 24 h h erythrocyte electrophoresis indicators and other groups were no significant difference. The erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (KES) and erythrocyte sedimentation index (K) in model group increased with time, but were significantly higher than those in control group only at 48 hours. There was no significant difference in erythrocyte aggregation index and deformation index between groups. CONCLUSION: During the development of ARF, erythrocyte electrophoresis time is prolonged, electrophoresis rate and mobility decrease, and then gradually return to normal; ESR index gradually increased.
