氟桂嗪(flunarizine FNZ)是细胞钙通道选择性阻滞剂,为哌嗪的双氟化衍生物,与脑益嗪同属二苯烷基胺类化合物。过度代谢、缺血、缺氧均可致钙大量流入细胞引起钙超载。血管平滑肌细胞钙超载可引起血管持续收缩。缺血后神经元的钙超载可激活脂酶和蛋白酶,使神经小管解聚、胞膜受损、膜转运功能障碍、最终致神经元坏死。钙阻滞剂可分为钙通道和钙超载阻滞剂两种。前者普遍阻断钙内流,包括生理状态的血管平滑肌和心脏组织的慢钙
Flunarizine (flunarizine FNZ) is a selective calcium channel blocker, which is a bis-fluorinated derivative of piperazine, which belongs to the same diphenylalkyl amine class of brain derivatives. Over-metabolism, ischemia, hypoxia can cause large amounts of calcium influx into the cell caused by calcium overload. Calcium overload of vascular smooth muscle cells can cause continuous vascular contraction. Calcium overload in neurons after ischemia can activate lipase and protease, depolymerization of the tubules, impaired cell membrane, dysfunction of membrane transport, and finally neuronal necrosis. Calcium blockers can be divided into two types of calcium channels and calcium overload blockers.
