介绍了YB/T 4188―2009《钢渣中磁性金属铁含量测定方法》修订的主要内容。标准主要对钢渣样品的破碎粒径、磁性物粉磨提纯设备及粉磨时间、渣钢和粉磨后的磁性物筛上物金属铁含量测定、钢渣密度测定等进行了修订。重点对制样机和球磨机粉磨提纯效果对比、渣钢金属铁含量及磁性物粉磨后1.18 mm和0.6 mm筛上物金属铁含量对比、验证试验和重复性试验等进行了试验研究。确定采用球磨机粉磨60 min对磁性物进行粉磨提纯,粉磨后用0.6 mm过筛,并采用静水力学天平测定渣钢及筛上物的金属铁的质量分数。
The main content of the revision of YB / T 4188-2009 “Determination of iron content in magnetic steel slag” is introduced. The standard mainly revises the crushed particle size of steel slag samples, the pulverizing and purifying equipment for magnetic materials, the grinding time, the determination of iron content in the slag on the magnetic material sieve and the determination of slag density. Emphases were made on the comparison of pulverizing purification effect between sample making machine and ball mill. The metal iron content in slag steel and the comparison of iron content on 1.18 mm and 0.6 mm sieve, verification test and repeatability test were carried out. It was determined that the magnetic substance was ground by ball mill for 60 min, then sieved by 0.6 mm after grinding, and the mass fraction of metallic iron on slag steel and sieve was determined by hydrostatic balance.
