通过借鉴国外先进国家绿色建筑的重点内容,并与评价设计方案涉及参数进行综合比对,结合最新版本《绿色建筑评价标准》(GB/T 50378—2014)确定了设计方案的一套评价指标体系。在此基础上,运用层次分析法(AHP)赋予各层次指标权重,同时将模糊理论引入设计方案评估,通过使用最大隶属度原则确定建筑设计的优劣程度,最终构建出更具有实用性与适用性的绿色建筑设计方案评价体系,并通过运用于实际案例验证该评价体系的科学适用性。
By referring to the key contents of advanced green building in foreign countries and making a comprehensive comparison with the parameters involved in the design of the evaluation, a set of evaluation index system for the design scheme was determined based on the latest edition of “Green Building Evaluation Standards” (GB / T 50378-2014) . On this basis, AHP is used to assign index weight to all levels, at the same time, fuzzy theory is introduced into the evaluation of design scheme, and the principle of maximum degree of membership is used to determine the advantages and disadvantages of architectural design. Finally, a more practical and applicable Sexual green architectural design evaluation system, and through the application of practical cases to verify the scientific applicability of the evaluation system.
