目的定量推导散光视标检查与散光轴位之间的关系。方法根据光学和数学的原理,从点光源成像入手,逐步定量地推导被检者对散光视标的辨认结果和散光轴位之间的关系。结果被检者看到的最清晰散光视标的时钟钟点数乘以30°,即为被检者的散光轴位。或者被检者看到的最不清晰的散光视标的时钟钟点数加上3乘以30°,亦为被检者的散光轴位。结论被检者对散光视标辨认结果和散光轴位之间关系的定量推导有助于正确的理解和临床应用。
Objective To quantitatively deduce the relationship between astigmatism and astigmatism axis. Methods According to the principles of optics and mathematics, starting from the point light source imaging, the relationship between the astigmatism axis and the recognition results of astigmatism target was gradually derived quantitatively. Results The most clear astigmatism seen by the subject clock clock multiplied by 30 °, the subject’s astigmatism axis. Or the subject can see the most ambiguous astigmatism clocks plus 3 times the number of 30 °, is also the subject’s astigmatism axis. Conclusions The quantitative derivation of the relationship between the astigmatism target and astigmatism axis is helpful for the correct understanding and clinical application.
