目的对中西医结合治疗正畸患者牙周炎效果进行研究分析。方法随机选择我院牙周炎患者76例,分成A、B两组,A组33例患者为对照组,给予根面平整术及龈上洁治术等牙周基础医治;B组43例患者为治疗组,在A组基础上加中医玉女煎医治。结果 B组治疗组患者病症恢复优于A组,治疗有效率明显高于A组患者,不良反应发生率低于A组患者。结论中西医结合治疗正畸患者牙周炎,患者病症明显好转,效果显著。 Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on orthodontic patients with periodontitis.
