目的探讨适应性支持通气(ASV)在心肺复苏后患者中的临床疗效。方法 121例心脏骤停(CA)患者,将其分为ASV模式组57例,对照组64例采用传统呼吸模式[定压控制通气(PCV)、容量控制通气(VCV)或同步间隙指令通气(SIMV)模式]。比较两组呼吸模式后患者心跳恢复时间及撤机时间。结果两组患者心跳恢复时间和撤机时间相比较,ASV组均显著短于传统模式组(P<0.05)。结论采用ASV模式给予患者机械通气支持,可有效增加患者心肺复苏成功的几率,缩短撤机时间。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of adaptive support ventilation (ASV) in patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Methods A total of 121 patients with cardiac arrest (CA) were divided into ASV model group (n = 57) and control group (n = 64) with traditional breathing mode (PCV), volume controlled ventilation (VCV) SIMV) mode]. The heartbeat recovery time and weaning time of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the traditional model group (P <0.05), the heart recovery time and weaning time in both groups were significantly shorter than those in the ASV group. Conclusions The use of ASV to ventilate patients with mechanical ventilation can effectively increase the probability of CPR success and shorten the weaning time.
