目的:比较超微归脾丸与普通归脾丸对气血双虚大鼠的影响。方法:以放血与环磷酰胺并用致大鼠气血双虚模型为研究对象,分别为模型组、超微归脾丸低剂量、中剂量、高剂量组及普通归脾丸剂组(中剂量),另设完全空白对照组,造模同时给药,连续14d;实验结束后分别测定血液中红细胞计数、白细胞计数、血小板计数、血红蛋白及血清中粒-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)水平。结果:超微归脾丸可显著提高气血双虚大鼠血中红细胞、白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板、GM-CSF水平,与普通归脾丸相比,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:超微归脾丸对气血双虚大鼠的药理作用优于普通归脾丸。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the effects of ultra-micro-invigorating spleen pills and ordinary Guipi pills on qi and blood deficiency. METHODS: The model of double-deficiency of blood and blood of rats induced by bloodletting and cyclophosphamide was used as the research object. They were the model group, the ultra-low-dose, middle-dose, high-dose group and the ordinary Guipi pill group (medium dose). A complete blank control group was set up, and the models were administered simultaneously for 14 days.
