针对某电厂330 MW对冲燃烧锅炉投产后炉膛出口氮氧化物浓度偏高的问题,对现场试验数据与设计值进行对比分析,结果表明:蒸汽温度偏低导致的燃尽风无法投入,一次风率偏高,主燃烧区域富氧燃烧是导致炉膛出口氮氧化物浓度偏高的主要原因。通过采取提高火焰中心,改善蒸汽参数,调整燃尽风等一系列措施,炉膛出口氮氧化物排放浓度得到降低。
Aiming at the high concentration of nitrogen oxides in the outlet of a 330 MW hedge-fired boiler after it is put into operation, the field test data and design values are compared and analyzed. The results show that the combustion air caused by the low steam temperature can not be put into operation, High, the main combustion area oxy-fuel combustion led to the export of nitrogen oxides concentration is the main reason. Through a series of measures such as raising the flame center, improving the steam parameters and adjusting the burnout air, the concentration of nitrogen oxides in the furnace outlet is reduced.
