某一大型石化企业的一套120×10~4t//a加氢精制装置,1997年开始投入生产,至今已运行13年多。该装置设计规范为GB150—1989、《压力容器安全技术监察规程》。2010年大修期间在该装置核心设备加氢精制反应器冷氢入口接管与筒体连接焊缝处发现1条长约1 1 mm裂纹,经打磨消除后,在焊缝处留下1处长90 mm、宽35 mm、深8mm的凹坑。在确保设备安全生产条件下,考虑经济效益,对该设备进行安全性评估,以确保加氢精制装置的平稳运行。
A large petrochemical enterprises a 120 × 10 ~ 4t // a hydrofinishing plant, put into production in 1997, has been running for more than 13 years. The device design specifications for the GB150-1989, “pressure vessel safety technology supervision regulations.” During the overhaul in 2010, one crack of about 1 1 mm in length was found at the weld joint between the cold hydrogen inlet pipe of the hydrotreating reactor of the core equipment hydrotreating reactor of the device and the cylinder body. After being polished and removed, a length of 90 mm, 35 mm wide and 8 mm deep. Under the condition of ensuring the safe production of equipment, considering the economic benefits, the safety assessment of the equipment is carried out to ensure the smooth operation of the hydrotreating unit.
