多产品联产和多能源互补,已成为能源动力系统可持续发展的主要趋势与特征。文章基于联产概念和双气头互补思路,提出PSA法预分离氢气与利用合成煤气高温显热作为重整热的低能耗焦炉煤气重整、和双气头混合手段实现低能耗调整CO/H_2组分的机制与方法,并采取甲烷适度重整和甲醇合成适度循环的优化整合原则,构建了一类串并联综合型双气头整合的甲醇电力联产系统。研究表明,新型联产系统具有优良性能特性,相对节能率高达15%。借助(?)分析揭示了双气头联产系统节能本质,焦炉煤气重整单元拥损失减少和取消合成煤气变换单元是系统节能的关键所在。研究成果为煤和焦炉煤气综合高效利用提供了新途径和方案。
Multi-product cogeneration and multi-energy complementation have become the major trends and characteristics of the sustainable development of energy power systems. Based on the concept of co-generation and double gas head complementary ideas, the paper proposes that PSA pre-separation of hydrogen gas and the use of high-temperature sensible heat of synthetic gas as reforming heat low-energy coke oven gas reforming and double gas mixing means to achieve low energy consumption CO / H 2 component and the principle of optimal integration of moderate reformation of methane and moderate cycle of methanol synthesis, a type of methanol-cogeneration system with double-gas-head integrated with series and parallel synthesis was constructed. Research shows that the new co-generation system has excellent performance characteristics, the relative energy saving rate of up to 15%. With the aid of (?) Analysis, it is revealed that the essence of energy saving in double gas-fired co-generation system is that the loss reduction of coke oven gas reforming unit is less and the key of energy saving of the system is to cancel the synthesis gas shift unit. The research results provide new ways and solutions for the comprehensive and efficient utilization of coal and coke oven gas.
