本文报告吡喹酮对家犬感染的斯氏狸殖吸虫作用的组织化学与细胞化学观察结果。用药后24小时,虫体肌组织和实质组织内的糖原显著减少,肌肉RNA肠支内AKP也减少,卵黄腺内RNA、AKP均明显减少,而体壁内碱性蛋白质,卵黄腺内的酸性粘多糖和碱性蛋白质,表皮和肠支内ACP活动则明显增强。细胞化学观察证明用药后虫体表皮内的AKP消失。最后讨论了上述组织化学与细胞化学改变对吡喹酮杀虫作用的意义。
This article reports the histochemical and cytochemical observations of the effect of praziquantel on domesticated canine genitalia. Twenty-four hours after treatment, the glycogen in the muscle tissue and the parenchyma of the parasite was significantly reduced, and the AKP in the muscle RNAi was also decreased. The RNA and AKP in the yolk gland were significantly reduced, while the intracellular wall alkaline protein, Acid mucopolysaccharide and alkaline protein, ACP activity in the epidermis and intestine were significantly enhanced. Cytochemical observation showed that the epidermal AKP disappeared after treatment. Finally, the significance of the above-mentioned histochemical and cytochemical changes on the insecticidal effect of praziquantel was discussed.
