本文观察了不同浓度(10~(-8)~10~(-4)mol/L)的亚硒酸钠、硒酸钠和硒蛋氨酸对体外培养淋巴细胞DNA、RNA和蛋白质合成,ATP含量及GSH—px活性的影响,以比较3种硒化合物的毒性。结果表明3种硒化合物对DNA、RNA和蛋白质合成均有双相效应,在10~(-4)mol/L时亚硒酸钠抑制率高于硒酸钠和硒蛋氨酸(P<0.0001),ATP含量随硒浓度增加明显低于对照组。3种化合物的毒性顺序为:亚硒酸钠>硒酸钠>硒蛋氨酸。在实验浓度范围内GSH—px活性均高于对照组。
In this paper, the effects of sodium selenite, sodium selenate and selenomethionine on the DNA, RNA and protein synthesis, ATP content and the content of ATP in cultured lymphocytes were observed in different concentrations of (10 -8 -8 10 -4 mol / L) GSH-px activity to compare the toxicity of three selenium compounds. The results showed that three kinds of selenium compounds had biphasic effect on the synthesis of DNA, RNA and protein. The inhibitory rate of sodium selenite was higher than that of sodium selenite and selenomethionine (P <0.0001) at 10 -4 mol / L, ATP content with selenium concentration increased significantly lower than the control group. The toxicity order of the three compounds is: sodium selenite> sodium selenate> selenomethionine. GSH-px activity in the experimental concentration range were higher than the control group.
