介绍了攀钢研制的09CuPRE热轧耐候板的生产工艺以及板材的各项性能指标。采用喂丝法向连铸结晶器内喂稀土丝的生产工艺．稀土收得率高于国内同类产品的生产水平。板材机械性能稳定，各向同性优良．冷弯成型性能优于国内同类产品。板材具有良好的耐大气腐蚀性能。
The production technology of 09CuPRE hot rolled weathering board developed by Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. and various performance indexes of the board are introduced. The use of wire feeding method to feed the continuous casting mold rare earth wire production process. Rare Earth income rate higher than the domestic production of similar products. Sheet mechanical stability, excellent isotropy. Cold-formed performance is better than similar products in China. Plates have good resistance to atmospheric corrosion.
