本文研究了地处北纬37~38度的大原地区秋播抽薹大蒜的系统栽培技术.选用苍山蒲棵和天水沧蒜等优良品种,秋季播种,合理密植,用麦草和地膜等覆盖越冬,高肥水管理.早春和晚秋中耕提高地温等综合技术,试验面积1000亩,亩产蒜薹250~500kg,蒜头500~1000kg,蒜薹鲜绿脆嫩,达到国家标准(GB66—88)1级品要求,并且营养成份含量高,耐贮藏.试验把山西抽薹大蒜产区向北推移了2个纬度线.
