胸腺蛋白是从乳猪胸腺中提取的一组水溶性分子蛋白类活性物质.研究表明,它能通过营养局部受损粘膜,促使表皮细胞、成纤维细胞的修复和DNA合成而使溃疡愈合.为观察该药加铋剂联合治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效,上海华山医院、仁济医院、瑞金医院自1996年10月～1997年12月应用胸腺蛋白口服液加铋剂治疗59例胃溃疡病人,并与单用胸腺蛋白口服液或铋剂组进行比较.1 材料与方法1.1 一般情况 入选指征:①年龄18～75 y 经内镜证实(1 Wk内)的活动性胃溃疡病人,溃疡直径在0.3～2.0cm,不超过2个者;②试验前48h停用一切抗溃疡药物;③病人愿意配合.剔除指证:①治疗期间病情加重或出现并发症时;②病人出现不能耐受的不良反应;③治疗期间出现其他疾病、并对该病治疗将干扰对本药物观察者;④治疗期间妊娠者.将入选者随机分为3组:A组:单用胸腺蛋白(61例);
