对转炉冶炼过程中炉渣的岩相特征进行了系统研究。结果表明:岩相检验方法可以确定炉渣的矿相组成和分布,把岩相检验和炉渣化学成分、炉渣的相图等知识结合起来可以更全面地认识炉渣的性质。转炉冶炼过程中所形成的游离氧化钙和方镁石是影响钢渣性能长期不稳定的主要因素。 Systematic research on the lithofacies characteristics of the slag in the converter smelting process was carried out. The results show that the lithofacies test method can determine the mineralogical composition and distribution of the slag, and the combination of the lithofacies test, the chemical composition of the slag and the phase diagram of the slag can more fully understand the properties of the slag. The formation of free calcium oxide and periclase in the converter smelting process is the main factor that affects the long-term instability of steel slag properties.
