介绍日本是世界上图书事业比较发达的国家之一,在图书馆的管理和运营方面积累很多宝贵经验,日本大学图书馆的开放普及程度、分级采购管理制度、图书馆员职业资格认证制度、联机联合目录共建等日常管理制度都走在世界前列,最大限度地实现资源共知共享,为市民的终身教育做出巨大贡献。指出我国的大学图书馆事业有很多还处于刚刚起步阶段,因此日本大学图书馆的经验值得我们学习与借鉴。 Introduction Japan is one of the countries with a relatively developed book business in the world. It has accumulated a wealth of valuable experience in the management and operation of libraries. The popularity of Japan’s university libraries, the graduated procurement management system, and the qualification system for librarians are on line. Joint directory co-construction and other daily management system are at the forefront of the world, to maximize the sharing of resources to share, for the public to make a significant contribution to lifelong education. Pointed out that many of the university library in our country are still in its infancy, so the experience of the Japanese university library deserves our study and reference.
