由鞍山市农林牧业局和吉林农业大学共同主持承担的“亚硫酸氢钠在蔬菜生产上应用效应”的试验,经过七年的研究已于1987年7月5日在鞍山市通过省级鉴定。来自省内外的有关专家、教授和科技人员,在鉴定会上一致认为,亚硫酸氢钠过去多用于食品工业的添加剂,作为植物代谢调解剂应用于蔬菜生产上,在国内外都是一个新的尝试。试验证明;亚硫酸氢钠具有提高光合效率,促进蔬菜生长发育,减少营养消耗,增加物质积累,从而达到增产增值的效果。
