一、引言由二氧化钛这种高介电常数的介质构成的介质谐振腔具有Q值高和体积小等优点。因此它适宜于作窄带滤波器的元件,特别是它的体积小,可用于微带电路作为高Q器件。根据《应用介质谐振腔的微带带通滤波器》一文提供的计算方法,我们共试作了四种电路,其中有X、C、S三波段的介质腔带通滤波器,还有一种介质腔复用器。这些器件可作接收机中的预选器用。
I. INTRODUCTION The dielectric resonator composed of titanium dioxide with high dielectric constant has the advantages of high Q value and small volume. Therefore, it is suitable for narrowband filter components, especially its small size, can be used for high-Q microstrip devices. According to the calculation method provided in article “Microstrip Bandpass Filter Using Dielectric Resonator”, we have tried a total of four circuits, including the dielectric band-pass filter of X, C and S three-band, and a medium Cavity multiplexer. These devices can be used as a preselector in a receiver.
