日钢第二炼钢厂4座120吨转炉相继投产后,炉体中压水水冷配管系统因漏水导致非计划停炉频繁,严重影响了转炉正常的生产节奏。针对此现状二炼钢厂通过去除原转炉本体风冷系统,利用耳轴、托圈内原风冷通道为进、回水冷却通道,炉体总进、回冷却水管布置在近炉底侧托圈下部的方法,杜绝了此类事故发生。取消炉腹空冷后,转炉本体外壳与托圈内圈的间距未发生明显变化,改进比较成功。
