Ｔ_Ⅱ是中草药雷公藤的一类粗提物，临床治疗类风湿关节炎和系统性红斑狼疮等免疫性疾病效果显著。Ｔ_４是进一步从Ｔ_Ⅱ中提取出的单体成分。以正常人外周血单个核细胞（ＰＢＭＣ）为实验材料，测定了不同浓度的Ｔ_Ⅱ（０．０９８～３．１３Ｕ／ｍｌ）和Ｔ_４（０．０３９～５ｎｇ／ｍｌ）对于Ｔ细胞功能的影响。结果表明，Ｔ_Ⅱ和Ｔ_４对Ｔ细胞表面ＩＬ－２Ｒ的表达剂量相关的抑制作用。结果还显示，在药物作用下，ＩＬ－２对ＩＬ－２Ｒ表达的调节作用是很有限的。
T_Ⅱ is a crude extract of Chinese herbal medicine Tripterygium wilfordii, clinical treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus and other immune diseases have a significant effect. T_4 is further extracted from T_II monomer components. The effect of T_Ⅱ (0.098 ~ 3.13U / ml) and T_4 (0.039 ~ 5ng / ml) on the function of T cells was measured using PBMC from normal people. The results showed that T_II and T_4 inhibited the expression of IL-2R on T cells in a dose-dependent manner. The results also show that the regulatory effect of IL-2 on IL-2R expression is very limited by the drug.
