目的:了解临床护理教师面临的压力及提出应对措施,为减轻临床护理教师的压力提供可靠依据。方法由笔者采用自制临床护理教师现状调查表结合访谈对116例临床护理教师进行调查。结果超过80%的临床护理教师感觉到在带教过程上压力大,主要表现在工作性质与强度、带教时间不充足、额外责任较大、学生学习兴趣不高、自身能力有限等方面的压力。结论临床护理教师存在较大的心理压力,应营造一个良好的工作生活环境,建立支持系统,提高业务技术水平,帮助临床护理教师减轻和消除各方面压力,提高临床教学质量,更好的促进教学。“,”Objective To investigate pressure of clinical nursing teachers and find solutions accordingly, and to provide reliable basis for the reduction of the pressure. Methods This paper adopts the self-made questionnaire, and then 116 clinical nursing teachers were assessed by the questionnaire. Results More than 80 percent of the interviewees feel much pressure in the process of teaching, mainly reflects in the nature and strength of the work, insuf icient time for teaching, additional liability, the lack of students' interest in learning, and the limitation of self-ability. Conclusion The clinical nursing teachers have greater psychological pressure. Therefore, we should create a good working and living environment, and establish a support system to improve the professional skil , reduce and eliminate the pressures, so as to improve the quality of clinical teaching.
