探讨黄芪当归在肾病综合征时对肌肉蛋白质代谢的影响。方法 采用[~3H-phenylalanine](~3H-苯丙氨酸)肌肉蛋白掺入法。结果 肾病未用药组肌肉蛋白的[~3 H-phenylalanine]掺入率(1.12±0.37)较正常对照组(2.55±0.47)显著降低(P<0.01);各用药组与未用药组(1.12±0.37)比较,肌肉蛋白掺入率均有增加,以黄芪当归合剂(2.10±0.47)及黄芪组(2.29±0.37)最显著(P<0.01);当归组(1.80±0.81)及黄芪皂甙组(2.02±0.24)次之(P<0.05)。结论 黄芪当归可以增加肾病鼠肌肉蛋白的储备,从整体上改善肾病鼠蛋白质代谢紊乱状态。
To investigate the effect of Astragalus membranaceus on the metabolism of muscle protein in nephrotic syndrome. Methods [~3H-phenylalanine] (~3H-phenylalanine) muscle protein incorporation was used. Results The incorporation rate of [~3 H-phenylalanine]in muscle protein in the non-drug group was significantly lower than that in the control group (2.55±0.47) (P<0.01). The drug use group and non-drug group (1.12±) Compared with 0.37), the muscle protein incorporation rate increased, with the most obvious (P<0.01) in Astragalus Angelica mixture (2.10±0.47) and Astragalus membranaceus (2.29±0.37); Angelica group (1.80±0.81) and Astragaloside group ( 2.02±0.24) followed (P<0.05). Conclusion Angelica sinensis can increase the reserve of muscle protein in nephrotic rats and improve the overall status of protein metabolism in nephrotic rats.
