目的调查成都军区空军部队血吸虫病流行情况,为制定血吸虫病防治措施提供依据。方法对驻疫区部队人员进行血吸虫循环抗原检测,确定感染者。对部队营区、训练场地、农场及油库采用系统抽样,结合环境抽样法进行钉螺普查。对有螺地段进行药物杀灭。结果共检查驻疫区人员4307人,查出感染者93人,人群血吸虫感染率为2.16%,以驻西昌、彭山、新津的部队感染率为高,分别达7.33%、1.22%、1.46%。重点人群为汽车驾驶员,占感染总人数的52.70%。重点单位是驻西昌某部,感染率达7.54%。来自疫区人员感染率为2.50%,非疫区人员感染率为1.99%。共查螺76.12×104m2,查出有螺面积2.1×104m2。解剖活螺662只,未查见阳性钉螺。有螺地段全部用氯硝柳胺灭螺。结论避免接触疫水,做好个人防护是做好血吸虫病防治工作的关键;加强重点地区、重点人群管控是降低血吸虫感染率的重要措施。重点地区是西昌一带,重点人群是汽车司机;及时查治感染者是防止发生慢性、晚期血吸虫病人的关键性措施;对来自疫区的人员要定期进行血吸虫感染检查;有螺地段要进行灭螺和环境整治,彻底消灭钉螺孳生场所。
