红谷隧道采用沉管法施工,沉管段为钢筋混凝土结构,沉管段后浇带混凝土为补偿收缩混凝土。选用CC-12高性能膨胀剂配制限制膨胀率≥0.025%的补偿收缩混凝土,加强膨胀剂进站抽查检测,延长搅拌时间,分层浇筑、加强振捣养护,确保后浇带混凝土密实,沉管段连接处建立有效膨胀,提高隧道整体防水效果。 Honggu Tunnel adopts the method of immersed pipe construction, the pipe sinking section is a reinforced concrete structure, and the pipe sinking section of the immersed pipe is compensated shrinkage concrete.
