本文在客观分析我国企业人事管理现状与不足的基础上,从提升素质、实现向人力资源管理转变、建立有效的激励机制三个方面,提出了改进企业人事工作的建议。
Based on the objective analysis of the status quo and shortcomings of enterprise personnel management in our country, this paper puts forward suggestions on how to improve the personnel work of enterprises from three aspects: improving quality, realizing the transformation to human resource management and establishing effective incentive mechanism.
