目的:了解宿城区农村中小学一年级学生结核菌感染现状,为采取更加有效的防控措施提供科学依据。方法:采用孟都氏法,在中小学生中进行结核菌素纯蛋白衍化物(TB-PPD)检测。结果:农村中小学一年级学生2 836人,结核菌感染阳性率为12.61%,强阳性率为2.61%。初中一年级学生阳性率、强阳性率均高于小学一年级学生,女生阳性率、强阳性率均高于男生,差异均有显著性意义。结论:该地区农村中小学一年级学生结核菌感染率较高,应加强农村中小学生这一群体的结核病防治工作。
Objective: To understand the status of tuberculosis infection in freshmen of primary and secondary school in rural area of Sucheng District, and provide scientific basis for taking more effective prevention and control measures. Methods: The Mengdu’s method was used to detect tuberculin pure protein derivative (TB-PPD) in primary and secondary school students. Results: There were 2 836 first graders in primary and secondary schools in rural areas. The positive rate of TB infection was 12.61% and the strong positive rate was 2.61%. The positive rate and strong positive rate of freshmen in first grade of junior high school were higher than those of freshmen in primary school. The positive rate and strong positive rate of female students were all higher than those of male students. The differences were significant. Conclusion: The prevalence of tuberculosis in first grade students in primary and secondary schools in rural areas in the region should be strengthened. This should be done to prevent and treat tuberculosis among primary and secondary school students in rural areas.
