选用5月龄Wistar健康大鼠24只,按性别、体重随机分成对照组和花粉组,喂养10周。结果表明,花粉组大鼠血清和肝脏组织中MDA值分别为5.73±022nmol/ml和0.1951±0.0049nmol/mg蛋白),显著低于正常对照组(8.23±0.21/3mol/ml和0.2497±0.0083nmol/mg蛋白),(P<0.05);而红细胞和肝脏组织中SOD、Se-GSH—Px活性和GSH含量均明显高于对照组;且花粉组大鼠心肌脂褐质含量明显低于对照组,血液中碘含量两组之间无显著性差异。提示:玉米蜂花粉可以提高大鼠机体的抗氧化能力,抑制脂质过氧化作用的发生。
Twenty-four healthy Wistar rats of 5 months old were selected and randomly divided into control group and pollen group according to sex and weight for 10 weeks. The results showed that the MDA values in the serum and liver tissue of the pollen group were 5.73 ± 022nmol / ml and 0.1951 ± 0.0049nmol / mg, respectively, which were significantly lower than those of the normal control group (8.23 ± 0.21 / 3mol / ml and 0.2497 ± 0.0083nmol / mg protein), (P <0.05). However, the activity of SOD, Se-GSH-Px and the content of GSH in erythrocyte and liver were significantly higher than those in control group. The content of lipofuscin in myocardium of pollen group was significantly lower than that in control group There was no significant difference between the two groups in blood iodine content. Tip: corn bee pollen can improve the body’s antioxidant capacity, inhibit the occurrence of lipid peroxidation.
