研究中还发现ABC转运体蛋白、CIPK基因、转录因子以及次生代谢相关基因,随着水分的减少,烟草植株的生命活动受到影响,但是研究为进一步选育抗旱品种提供了科学支持,从而能够深入了解降雨量与叶片基因调控的关联.“,”Rainfall, as a condition of water supply in plant growth, affects the growth and development of plants. In order to study the gene expression of tobacco under stress tolerance with decreasing rainfall, the transcriptome analysis of tobacco leaves at different development stages under indoor simulated conditions and outdoor field environment was carried out. According to the preliminary analysis and trend analysis (STEM) study, we found that with the reduction of rainfall and the emergence of drought stress, the internal life activities of tobacco leaf were affected. The expression of water transport and material transport related genes were down regulated, signal transduction was weakened, but the expression of calcium signaling pathway was up regulated. At the same time, some genes related to drought resistance, ion transport and secondary metabolite synthesis were found to be up-regulated. The ABC transporter protein, CIPK gene, transcription factor and secondary metabolic correlation were also found in the study, and with the reduction of water, the life activities of tobacco plants were affected. The research provided scientific support for the further breeding of drought-resistant varieties and could in-depth understand the relationship between rainfall and leaf gene regulation.
