Si1000是一款集微处理器和收发模块于一体的射频芯片,和现有大多数工作在2.45GHz的收发模块相比,Si1000功耗低、传输距离远,在无线数据传输方面有着良好的应用前景。本文分析了Si1000的低功耗性能、内部结构和围绕该芯片的传感器节点构成,指出了节点射频前端电路设计中应注意的问题。以半双工通信为例,给出了应用程序的设计和实现通信的方法。实地测试表明,Si1000芯片构成的节点,在对数据传输速率要求不高的情况下,能够较好地满足节点间远距离通信的需要。
Si1000 is a set of microprocessors and transceiver modules in one RF chip, and most of the existing transceiver operating at 2.45GHz compared to Si1000 Si1000 low power consumption, long-range transmission, the wireless data transmission has a good application prospect. This paper analyzes the Si1000 low-power performance, the internal structure and the sensor node structure around the chip, pointed out that the node RF front-end circuit design should pay attention to. Taking half-duplex communication as an example, the design of the application program and the method of communication are given. Field tests show that the nodes formed by Si1000 chip can meet the needs of long distance communication between nodes under the condition of less demanding data transmission rate.
