实验观察大蒜素注射液及大蒜制剂对心脏的毒副作用。采用Langendorf法对兔离体心脏分别灌流大蒜素注射液、大蒜注射液、大蒜实验液,分别记录心搏图,求出致心脏停搏的最小剂量,结果:大蒜素注射液的抑菌浓度为大蒜实验液的1/6.2~1/3,而致心脏停搏的最小浓度分别为0.1736u/ml和3.919u/ml。为临床提供了使用大蒜素注射液和大蒜制剂对心脏毒副作用的理论根据。
Experiments were conducted to observe the toxic side effects of allicin injection and garlic preparation on the heart. The Langendorf method was used to perfuse allanin injection, garlic injection and garlic test solution in isolated rabbit hearts. The heartbeat was recorded and the minimum dose of cardiac arrest was calculated. The results showed that the concentration of allicin was the inhibitory concentration. The minimum concentration of cardiac arrest caused by 1/6.2 to 1/3 of the garlic test solution was 0.1736u/ml and 3.919u/ml, respectively.
