高锰酸盐指数作为我国地表水的主要污染指标的其中一员,综合反映了水体中还原性物质(主要是有机物)的污染程度,是已经实施的《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB5749-2006)中的一项重要的常规监测指标。而国标方法或标准方法的监测中,存在耗费时耗能耗物、操作繁琐、灵敏度低、准确度和精密度较低以及易对环境造成二次污染和难以满足批量测试的需求等缺点。针对国标法中存在的缺点,探索研究了采用分光光光度法测定地表水高锰酸盐指数的新方法。该方法以亚硝酸盐为还原剂,采用分光光度法进行测量,快速、经济,避免了用高锰酸盐滴定和草酸钠标定的过程,可广泛应用于应急、在线监测、流动注射及实验室信息化管理等。

The method uses nitrite as a reducing agent, and is measured by spectrophotometry. The method is rapid and economical, and avoids the process of titration with potassium permanganate and the calibration of sodium oxalate. The method can be widely applied to emergency, on-line monitoring, flow injection and laboratory Information management.
