编者按:根据水电部水电规划设计院的意见,为加快珠江河口治理开发,适应改革开放和经济发展的需要,珠江水利委员会于1988年1月6日至10日,召开了珠江河口治理开发规划专家研讨会,应邀参加的有规划河口治理、泥沙研究及航运等方面的45位专家。专家们在白藤湖听取了关于珠江河口治理开发规划及磨刀门口门治理开发规划的汇报,现场考察了磨刀门治理开发工程的三灶垦区;查勘了横门、蕉门口以及正在开发的垦区;在番禺市桥进行了讨论,最后由珠委戴良生主任作了总结。专家们认为,从国家实行开放政策以来,珠委对珠江河口治理开发规划做了大量的工作,成效是比较显著的。专家们对珠江河口的治理原则、方针、治理开发规划总体布局、近期与长远的安排,珠江河口的水沙调配,航运与治水结合,治水与围垦的结合,经济效益等问题发表了意见。现将专家们的主要意见,综合整理如下。 Editor’s Note: According to the opinion of the Ministry of Water and Electricity Planning and Designing Institute of the Ministry of Water Resources, in order to speed up the development of the Pearl River estuary and to meet the needs of reform, opening up and economic development, the Pearl River Water Conservancy Commission convened the Pearl River Estuary Management and Development Plan from January 6 to January 10, 1988 Expert seminars, invited experts to participate in the planning of estuarine management, sediment research and shipping and other aspects of the 45 experts.
